Gehlot Corporation provides web development, business automation, AI agent development, and rapid MVP development services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product, code, designs, and deliverables created by Gehlot Corporation for a client become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest as specified in the project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gehlot Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement in accordance with the terms specified therein. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
